critter_fund_logoThe Critter Fund was established in 2005 to aid animals throughout northwest Connecticut. This field-of-interest fund supports charitable organizations dedicated to animal welfare, and grants from the fund may be used to advance rescue, adoption and population control efforts; shelter and training initiatives; prevention of cruelty; spaying and neutering; and companion/service programs.

girl_and_dogAnimals play a vital role in our quality of life—pets, in particular, provide unconditional love, companionship and, in some cases, essential services to the elderly and disabled. As such, we have a responsibility to all animals and an obligation to ensure the welfare of all living creatures. The Critter Fund is a charitable repository for those who are committed to the welfare of animals and wish to advance this cause. We invite you to join The Critter Fund’s many supporters throughout northwest Connecticut.
